Item is nice however, bloomingdales also shipped me this item in the condition described in the review below. It came in a flimsy bloomingdales box with ripped strings and a ripped up price tag that did not belong on this item - showed $550 when the item is $650. There are no david yurman tags or boxes. I had to talk to a supervisor to get a discount and replacement item sent. This is extremely disappointing for bloomingdales - lack of inspection/quality control. I re-ordered and they said they guarantee I will get a normal box so let's see.

Worth Reading

I’m not a huge fan of David Yurman, but I was very attracted to this bracelet when I needed a. special gift. I looked at ion David Yurman site, but decided to order from Bloomingdales as it would be easier for a return if my friend needed to do so. When I received it, it was packaged in a flimsy and crappy square Bloomingdales box on a cheap velvet pillow. The bracelet looked like it had been tried on dozens of times. Where is the David Yurman box that it supposed to come in? Where is the white cloth that it comes with for polishing the bracelet? This would be reasonable if I bought it at a 50% sale – – but for the price, send me its original box and cloth. Obviously I’ve returned it and I’m going to David Yurman to purchase it directly at the source. Very disappointed in Bloomingdales lack of details and quite honestly totally crappy Customer Service.. And you recommend the bracelet. It’s light, different and comfortable — but, Buy it elsewhere.
