Drawing from their artistic passions, David Yurman and his wife, Sybil, turn precious metals and rare gemstones into exquisite pieces of luxury jewelry and timepieces David, a sculptor, and Sybil, a painter, launched their brand in New York City in 1980 and have been joined by their son Evan Yurman, who collaborates on every aspect of the business. Each statement-making piece is sketched by David and produced to exacting standards using fine precious metals and rare gemstones. The result is a legacy of iconic and beautiful wearable works of art.

Worth it but from somewhere else.

Can’t ever go wrong with a DY piece. Metal is heavy, polish and finish is brilliant, quality is visible. I knock three stars because of the condition I received it. It was clearly worn with scratches and came to me tarnished with dry adhesive. It’s unfortunate Bloomingdale’s not only treat their products with neglect but did not think twice sending this out to a customer who is spending near $850. Go buy your DY piece at an actual DY boutique! With that, I probably won’t buy such items from Bloomingdale’s. Leadership should be embarrassed for this service. The customer service was understanding but also know Bloomingdale’s has a lot of “limitations” when it comes to exchanges and what not.
