Disappointment

I purchased this necklace in February 2025 by March the necklace was turning black, by June the lock broke, I reached out to customer service and notified them and they have not done anything to resolve my issue. I reached out to the Customer Service from David yurman and still haven’t resolved my problem, and they still want me to pay for the poor made merchandise, I’m extremely disappointed the a store that I was so fun of is going down the drain. No one wants to take responsibility but they are so fast to sell things to their customers regardless of the poor quality of the product and their customer service. One thing for sure is that I will never purchase anything from the store and this particular designer, I’m pretty sure he will never know about this incident or the poor service and experience some of his customers get. It’s shameful behavior by the sales team that do anything to sell their products.
