DY Hoops are either Left or Right

The earrings are very pretty, however Bloomingdale's customer service is not. I ordered online and it took an entire week to receive. Also, I received 2 right ear hoops and customer service's only remedy is to return and re-order. The post on DY hoop earrings angle to the left and the other to the right. If they both angle to the same direction, then they will look odd. Attempting to shift the direction myself is not an option for an expensive Designer item that is already designed correctly. So disappointed.
