Worst customer service ever

Bloomingdales.com sent me the wrong color in the bracelet. After speaking to a rep I was reassured they would send me the correct one. After 3 days...no confirmation was sent to me. I'm leaving for vacation..still no product in mail. When I spoke to customer service again..they told me there's nothing they could do to help expedite the process. Highly disappointed in Bloomingdales staff online. I been a client FOR MANY YEARS. Looks like I'll be taking my business to Nordstrom or Neimans.

Lovely!

This bracelet is absolutely lovey! Beautiful color and construction, nice overall feel. However, the medium was much too small. I went to the store to exchange but had to return it as no large sizes were available. Will keep searching for a large or XL. Highly recommend.
