My new favorite pan!

This is a pan that I will use weekly! It can be used as a fry pan that allows enough space between food to get a brown well but also I can put rice or pasta in it and serve the whole family. One pan can do the job of several with the added bonus of having less pans to clean after dinner! I like the handles on each side rather than a single long handle because it is a large pan and it would be unwieldy with a single handle. The heat conduction is awesome on my induction range!

High quality and versatile.

Excellent. Perfect size for one pan meals for a family. Great surface area for searing, but not so large as to be unwieldy. Lighter than I expected which is a benefit. Rounded interior is ideal for stirring without sacrificing surface area. Depth is great and the flat lid make storing it easier than if it were domed. Very versatile.
