POOR QUALITY POOR OX N BULL SUPPORT

Terribly disappointed. Received the studs and links were NOT secure within the packaging. 2 of the Crystals had detached and looked like they had nothing used to bind them to begin with. Then a 3rd came off when placing in shirt. Quality is very poor and the Customer Support at Ox and Bull has been completely non-responsive, ignoring 3 emails with pictures, that were sent day of receipt and each day thereafter. I was really looking forward to wearing with Wedding Tux. Very, very dissatisfied with quality, price and service. Look Elsewhere.
