Very impressive cookware. We've been in this home for 4 years and it has been difficult to find cookware for our induction cook top. I was continually only using two burners because I couldn't find anything that would work on the other 2 burners. I bit the bullet...sight unseen but plenty of research and order the Cristel Casteline Tech 12-piece cookware set, frying pan with Exceliss+ nonstick coating, anti-splash cover & extra handles. They are heavy & substantial. I've only used them a couple of times but I'm impressed with this cookware. I love that they are stack-able, removable handles, flat lids, even distribution of heat and can be put in the dishwasher. (I plan to continue hand-washing my cookware and knifes.)

Christel Cookware Handles
Handles are required for this cookware and are a beautiful addition to the set. They're so beautiful that we hang (display) them on the wall next to the stove for convenience.

Get a second set for your pots
Orginal pans comes with a set but you need a second set to be able to cook with multiple pots. good quality , but steel handles to get warm wile cooking
