It has weight to it, smooth lines, and very good quality. If you were looking for something very lightweight, it may not be for you, but the heavier layers do result in less burning and even cooking.

Well made and functioning item
As I am partial to items made in reputable countries (while getting rid of most of the items I had owned not made in such countries,) I was looking for this exact item to replace similar small 1 qt pan, hence the reason I chose this specific size. I also looked at where it is made as it is important to me for an item to be made in reputable countries, where the makers of such item are most likely an expert at what they do, and since there are laws and regulations in such counties I feel comfortable about how the item is made and what types of material the item is made from. Now to this specific pan, the pan is such a perfect sjze and very well made, and designed, cooks evenly, and cleans up easily. I am happy I chose this item.
