The picture of the item is not correct. I received the wrong items and I can't return them because Bloomingdale's customer service said that if the item gets damaged during the shipping (which I can't control), they can't guarantee a refund.
Incorrect picture for the item on website
I ordered four Rim soup bowls and also othered other items to use as a pair with these soup bowls. In total, I ordered 12 costa nova items. However, the four rim soup bowls I received were different from the picture. I made a call to customer service and they said they will send replacements. They also asked me to return the incorrect items after I receive the replacements. The replacement I received was only one bowl not four and it was not even the right item displayed in the picture (Rim Soup Bowl). I had to call them again. It seems like they don't know what they sent to me so I told them I can send a picture what I received. However, they refuse to see the picture and ask me to return all of rim soup bowls but if there are any damage during the shipment, they said they can't guarantee a refund my money. I didn't want to just return and get a refund because If I return them, other items that I ordered to use as a pair with soup bowls are useless. If I have to return them I wanted to return all my 12 pieces of costa nova items but they said if there are any damage during the shipping they can't guarantee a refund. It was such a tiring experience of shopping at Blooming Dales and to purchase such a fragile item from them. They sent the wrong items to me and asked me to return them, but if there is any damage during the shipping they can't guarantee to refund my money. I can't control what happens during the shipping. I think they need to improve their online return police and better customer service for those fragile items. TLDR: I ordered four soup bowls and they gave me the wrong ones and then they sent me what was supposed to be the correct order which was just one random soup bowl. They said to return all the items but if damage happens when the bowls are shipped to their place (which can't be controlled on my end) they will take money off the refund.
