Sent wrong size, full refund denied, a mess

Suit is fine. Bloomingdale’s is honestly where I’m having my issue. This was my first purchase from them and based on the customer service I’ve experienced over this issue I won’t be back. For starters they sent me the wrong size, when I went to order the correct size- it’s out of stock. Nothing they can do. Next the refund amount given was $225 less than what I paid for it. To top it all off. The tag on the item I received says this item should only be $990. Poor experience all around
