Super Happy with Hestan

Our new home had an induction stove. After reading many reviews and visiting our favorite locally-owned kitchen store, we decided to purchase the complete Hestan Copper Induction set. It has been absolutely amazing. The quality is incredible, they clean up super well and everyone always comments on how beautiful they are.

Good copper option for Hestan ecosystem

Staying with hestan for the inserts and lid compatibility. There are thicker copper ply and proper full copper-tin options for the same price, and so this is a situation where you’re paying for branding over performance/value, but since everything else in my kitchen is Hestan at this point I’m fine with the trade off. It’s still a great pot at the end of the day.

I’m in love

Love this set! I had been searching for different pans to replace my nonstick ones and I found the copper bond! There was definitely a learning curve cooking with stainless steel it now I feel like a pro. The recommended copper polish makes these look brand new with zero effort, seriously! These will truly last a lifetime, so no more searching for a new set every couple of years!

Love these pans

These pans are great! Water boils so quickly in them and food cooks so much more evenly. It is amazing how nice pans can influence your cooking. I will say to get the copper cleaner so they stay looking new, that was the only scare I had after first use but after using the copper cleaner they look amazing

We have not used all

We have not used all the pans. I fried some eggs on the small fry pan and it looks like the copper suffered some damage from the heat. I will try to clean it up with some copper cleaner but it looks like there isn't much thickness to the copper.
