Straps hover over your feet

I normally love coach and the shoe is well made but these straps just over my feet in mid-air. I have a narrow foot and took my normal size. Beautiful shoe otherwise.

Not true to size

I ordered the Black in my true size and they were tight. I have a small and thin foot and it was uncomfortable. If, you size up, you’ll be fine, back they go. Definitely, excepting more from Coach; but then again this will be my “3rd” purchase from this company that I have brought and send back in the past 3 weeks. The quality isn’t there anymore like before.
