Bad service
I bought this purse & was so excited to get it. It came wrapped beautifully but missing the logo hanging tag. The solution offered to me was to return the product & they would send a new. Disappointed & inconvenienced by the need to print a label & find a UPS store…..I drove to the office to print & return. A new purse arrived in a small box, minimal stuffing, everything put together—not newly wrapped up. The hanging logo was there, however, the long shoulder strap was missing. I would guess the purse they sent was either returned or the floor model. Others had for sure touched it & removed stuffing & removed all the wrapping on each piece. I wrote to Bloomingdale’s, who immediately sent a return label, again. They offered me 10% off my next purchase, assuming that I would be back. not what I expected when purchasing a $595 bag. Forget it. I will purchase thru another retailer. I receive better customer service from McDonald’s, on a $10.00 order. Goodbye Bloomingdale’s.
Perfect for so many reasons!
The Rogue 26 in black is a beautiful, lux quality bag! So happy I purchased this very stylish east/west shape! It is even more beautiful in person! You can dress up or dress down and it looks beautiful! BTW, if had really good inside capacity.
