    Silky eyeliner pencil lines and defines with ease. Delivers long-wearing color: transfer-resistant, water-resistant, smudge-resistant. Inspires creativity: smudge tool on the opposite end helps create a variety of looks. Gives you time to play: formula allows 60 seconds for blending and smudging before setting.

  • How To Use It

    Swivel up only 1/8-inch (pencil does not retract to avoid exposing formula to air, which is drying). Line eyes. Use the smudging tool on the opposite end to gently smudge color to desired effect. Allow color to set for 60 seconds to ensure transfer-resistance. Recap securely after using to protect the silky formula. Can be used alone or over eyeshadow. Remove with your favorite Clinique eye makeup remover.

Good brand mixed thoughts

I love Clinique products but I am still deciding on this product. I like a product which is a little easier to apply but also stays in place. This product is a little more stiff but has the smudger tip that I wanted and does stay in place without running. It is worth trying to see how it works for you and is a good option to have, especially on warm summer days where you need a liner to set.

It’s better than other brands

I have used other brands, and Clinique is better. It goes on smoother and has a smudge (foam) brush on the other end. It just looks more natural. And does not clump like the other brand I have been using.
