Terrific

This is a terrific product - however, I have to say how disappointed I am that this doesn't seem to be available in a travel size acceptable to TSA standards. Pretty disgraceful, actually, C'mon Clinique - do this!

I wish I could write a review for this product

I ordered two shave gels and two cleansing bars for my husband. When I opened the box today all I saw was a box full of shaving cream with the four items nestled in the foam. Upon further investigation both containers of shaving gel had lost their caps in transit and one of the gels was completely empty (having emptied itself into the shipping box). The other one was less than half full. When I called for a replacement (after offering to send a photo) the person helping me didn't initially want to replace the gel infused cleansing bar packages. She finally agreed to do so after I offered for a second time to send a picture to prove that they were shave gel covered. I asked if she could request that they put tape on the caps before shipping or perhaps wrap them in bubble wrap. She said she could not do that. I'm hoping when the replacements arrive the same mess will not have happened again. I really think Clinique needs to rethink how products are packaged for shipping.
