A disappointing experience

I bought this product during Black Friday, and it was the first time I knew that the shelf life of cosmetics depends on when the customer starts using it. Also, we users want to know the production date. The customer service will say that you don't need to know this and they won't tell you. This is really crazy! Is this the normal operation of the brand company?

All Clé de Peau Beauté products undergo stability testing to determine if an expiration date is necessary and long lasting and durable products are given no expiration date. In an effort to ensure that our customers receive fresh product, we encourage a relatively high store shelf turnover rate. This way you can confidently use the product as instructed. Because habits and practices vary among consumers, certain products should be used within a specific time frame once opened per the "Period After Opening " date. To identify such products, you can find a number followed by the letter "m" inside an open jar symbol indicating the "use by" date. For instance, a product marked "12m" should be used within 12 months of opening the product. - Amber, Skincare Expert

I'm hooked!

It's expensive -but makes my face skin look bright and healthy! I stopped using it for a month and noticed the luster faded in my face- I'm hooked now! You do not have to use that much either/ the small refill of 50ml lasts me about 5 months.

I've Had Better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly did not like the watery feel to this serum, it just didn't feel like a serum. It felt like I was just putting water on my face. It didn't really make any different in my skin or how my skin felt. I've had other serums from other brands that I have used in the past that worked great on my skin.

Lightweight and lovely

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This serum fit into my routine perfectly. It's lightweight and moisturizing. Lightly fragranced, it didn't have any off-putting scent. I like how it absorbs fast and leaves my face feeling moisturized without any stickiness. I have very fair skin with rosacea and this doesn't bother my face at all. Very satisfied with this product.
