Selling used items

For me, Clarins is a skincare brand I would recommend to anyone with sensitive skin like mine. I’m very happy with the results, which is why I continue to purchase their products. At this point, almost all of my skincare products are from Clarins. However, there is one thing I’m really disappointed about. I recently realized that the serum I purchased from Macy’s appeared to have been opened and used before I received it. It was supposed to be 2.5 oz, but a significant amount of the serum was already missing. It looked as though almost a month’s worth of product had already been used. I’m very disappointed because I expected to receive a brand-new, unopened product when purchasing from Macy’s. I hope Macy’s will pay closer attention and carefully check the products before delivering them to customers. I truly hope this won’t happen again in the future.

I'm Sold on Double Serum

This is my third purchase of Clarins Double Serum. My skin seems so much smoother, my pores are smaller and my face is brighter. At 71, I think that's fantastic!

I didn’t expect to love it as much as I do!

Gave into the hype and did not regret it! I genuinely notice a difference when I don’t use this product after being sceptical as so many people who recommended this product already had amazing skin. As I customer, I truly love it and the radiance it gives my skin honestly gives me so much confidence in my own skin that I feel the need to pile on makeup and want the natural glow to stay! My skin actually drinks this serum and I will continue to purchase.

Smooth

I ordered this product on August 14th for an event I was going to on August 28th. It didn't arrive until I got back from the event! Very upsetting...!!!! A friend had let me use it previously so I knew it was a good product! It would have been nice to have had it for my event though. Watching the tracking it wasn't USPS or Fed Ex's fault it was delayed leaving Clarins distribution center!
