Problem solved. Beautiful watch
I think the watch is beautiful. I did have a problem with the strap as I could not get it on my wrist. I contacted Citizen and they were very helpful. I showed them a couple of pictures and they determined there was a piece missing. They sent a return label and I returned the watch and received a new one within a week. I thought that was really fast. So I am very satisfied with the service. Now the watch fits perfectly.

Fits on my wrist very comfortably
I had a problem with stainless steel straps. Therefore I decided to give this watch a try and it fits on my wrist perfectly!

First class timepiece
A couple of points to make before getting into it. 1. The leather strap is actually a hybrid/stainless strap 2. The rose gold is much more a traditional gold colour. I should say that in the past I have 2 issues I have to overcome when buying a watch, the strap has to be leather and as I have such a small wrist I tend to find a lack of adjustment for that "just right" feel. The hybrid strap I was initially disappointed about but upon wearing for just an hour, I have to say that it works really well, very secure and also plenty of adjustment for a good fit and no pinching which is the problem I have faced with metal straps in the past. The look of the watch is first class, the photo on the website does not convey how sharp it looks, I cannot stop looking at it!!!!!! The day/date display is a little small for my eyes but any larger I feel would ruin the overall look so I'm not complaining.

Citizen Rolan watch
The Rolan watch looks nice and shipped quickly. Very satisfied with the quality and really enjoy the eco-drive feature. First time experiencing a deployment clasp, which does take some getting used to, but I do like the extra security vs a traditional pin buckle clasp

Rolan Watch
It is a beautiful watch; extremely high quality! Unfortunately I had to return it because it was too big for my wrist. I really wish I could have kept it! It is a really classy watch!
