Not factory new watch, most likely a display model

The watch arrived in a generic small black and white color Citizen box, missing the manual and whatever should be included with a new Citizen watch. I checked Citizen's website and this watch comes with a big fancy black color box. Not sure if this was a returned watch or display model, but sure not a factory new Citizen watch. For the money, I expected a factory new Citizen watch. Returning for a refund.
