Wrinkled
I tried this blazer on in the store in different color. Bought glacier blue online, beautiful color, love this brand, however I am giving 1star and returning my purchase without replacement due to purchase experience with this blazer. I am very diapointed receiving $500 balzer stuffed in smal platic bag, it came all wrinkled, I cannot every wear it, the blazer foldings are completely wrikled and standing up in different directions. This is not the brand fault, however bloomindale staff traning / no staff training. I refuse to buy $500 value, I paid on sale about $350, but still so wrinkled, it makes me feel that this has no value, it came like in a trashbag, like it was donated to me, here wrinkled blazer, take to the dry cleaning to make it nice looking.... This experience alone doesnt make feel good, it makes me feel like I wasted my money. I never post reviews, but I find it disrespectful for such item as this price to be shipped like this. This is why I will not be purchasing it again from Bloomingdales, instead I will by it from another store or directly from the brand. I just purchased another blazer set directly from the brands website and it came on hanger, nicely folded, in a box, and I kept my purchase. Bloomingdales, anytime you send me items of this sort Blazers, nice dresses or anything that I need to take to dry cleaners like this wrinkled, keep in mind that you lost that sale. It will go right back. I will accept such beyond minim experience. Train you straff to at least know how to fold items! Anybody ready this review, would you like to receive your $350 or $500 blazer like this? See picture
