Glittery disappointment in shades of green

Expected to love this blazer (and it's not inexpensive). It proved to be so different from the photo and the narrative - let me count the ways. It virtually glitters with an overdone amount of shiny strips of Christmas tree like foil; rather than a light creamy color background with flecks of many colors, it "reads" pistachio green with the other colors sprinkled into the greenish hue; but worst of all, it is very, very heavy. It's more a fall, early winter weight - and I thought it would be an early spring, light jacket. Nope, not a chance. It feels like it weights me down. For any season, this blazer is a definite "pass" for me. Next!
