Flattering dress and beautiful color

This flattering dress accentuates all the right curves. I'm a size 4 and the dress is maybe true-to-size or perhaps a little snug, or maybe I'm the one that's no longer a true size 4. I decided to keep size 4 because everyone says it looks great on, though I do wonder how a 6 might fit me. I'm only 5' 3.5" so, of course, getting the length shortened will be necessary.
