Poor Construction and Seat Support
The couch and leather look beautiful when it is first delivered and the delivery men provide good service. As soon as you sit on a seat, you see puckering that gets increasingly worse within a few days. My husband and I live alone and use the sofa very little. I emailed customer service 6 days after delivery with photos and had to wait 2 weeks to get an appointment with an inspector. The inspector spent less than a minute and was ready to leave. I asked if this model has quality issues (poor structural support that causes the leather to pucker and stretch) and what can be done to fix it. He said they could open the seat and either add more filling or add something to provide more support and reduce the puckering. Later that evening I received a call from customer service stating that the inspector said it was not a manufacturer defect and was caused by a dog sitting on the sofa. I have very expensive furniture throughout my home and my small dog is trained to not jump or sit on my sofas and chairs. The only damage a pet can cause is scratches so it is preposterous to even suggest this was the cause when my dog is never on the sofa and there is no scratches whatsoever. I was upset by this and after the customer service rep put me on hold to speak with his manager, he scheduled a replacement for that piece of the sectional. The delivery man came and they ordered the wrong piece so I had to call customer service again and spent 30 minutes on the phone explaining to the woman that they sent the wrong piece and needed them to schedule another delivery with the right piece. They finally delivered the correct piece a few days later but I was told that it will happened again and this is normal. I am posting this review a month after they delivered the replacement piece and all of the seats that we sit on have a lot of puckering like the photos. I have had leather sofas for the past 20 years and never had this issue. My 20 year old Bernhardt leather sofa that I purchased from Bloomingdales had zero puckering or stretching. I can't imagine what this sofa will look like after a year. The construction of this product is cheaply made despite the nice leather and style. Please save your $5000 and don't buy this sectional and don't buy the protection plan for another $500 because if there is a pet in the house, they will automatically try to use that as an excuse even if they never go on your furniture.

Horrible quality
Horrible quality, have the couch for now three years and it is rarely used and the seat cushions and the frame are a disaster when we are sitting on it.

Amazing couch
We bought this for our great room and it is amazing. We have purchased sofa/love seat from the same company before which is why we came back. It holds up so well, highly recommend!
