Not a quality item
High quality leather, but what is underneath is sub-standard. After one year of use one sectional piece had a collapsed seat resulting in you leaning against the arm when seated. The back area also collapsed resulting in an interior bar hitting you back. Warranty purchased, and the piece was replaced. A year later the same thing occurred, but not no one wants to replace it again even thought the No More Worries guaranty is for 5 years. Not quality items that you would expect from Bloomingdale's.

Horrible Don't Buy
I was told this sectional was made to order and imported from Italy, with an expected delivery time of 14 to 16 weeks. Despite delays, I waited 24 weeks and was excited upon arrival. Unfortunately, every piece had noticeable defects. The leather appears worn in multiple areas, with indentations, seam clumping, and several 12 to 18 inch scratch like marks. Parts of the cushions bulge outward and sit crooked, making the entire set look uneven and as if it has been used for years. One recliner also makes a loud rubbing noise during use. A technician inspected the sectional and was visibly surprised by its condition, taking photos before leaving shortly after. This was extremely disappointing given the cost and wait time. I am hoping Bloomingdale’s will accept a return and refund my $2,000 deposit. Stay clear and do not purchase. Stay clear of this, even if it's on sale.
