Best Eye Liner Ever!

I love Charlotte Tilbury and will never use any other product. The quality is above and beyond and sits beautifully on your skin. For some reason I’ve never bought their eyeliner and always struggled. Just purchased CT eyeliner and that’s it, hooked! It’s the best ever!!
