Best eye pencil

I never mastered liquid liners and found a lot of pencils sat on my eye lid. I have really round eyes so just thought it was that until I tried this pencil and just love it now. Applies so easily and enhances my eyes. Just love it.

Best Eyeliner Pencil I’ve Used
