Bad packaging

Lovely product which leaves my lips feeling moisturized with a nice healthy natural tint. The packaging however isn’t great as the balm isn’t retractable, so you have to be careful not to wind too much up. For the price point, I’d have expected more! Cheaper lip balms retract so why not this?!

Looks great but this needs a new holder

Hyaluronic Happikiss Pillow Talk is my go to product for my lips. I love the gloss effect, and the way it keeps my lips moisturised. Why only 4 stars? - for some reason, it isn’t possible to push back the lipstick once it has gone up. Most strange but very frustrating. I’m sure it would be an easy fix in a regular lipstick holder.

Lovely product though not particularly good value

Love the product, I use it every day. I find it expensive as it barely lasts a month using once a day. There is very little product in the tube - the image here probably accurately reflects the entire quantity at start.

Very cheap packaging

I am really disappointed with this product. The plastic packaging looks really cheap & nasty. As soon as I opened I twisted the lip balm without realising you can’t twist it back down so it meant I’ve been left with a smudgy mess. The actual lip balm is really very nice which I now have to apply with a lip liner due to being unable to retract the lip balm.
