Received wrong color

Just like the other reviewer I did not receive the color I ordered and by the time my package arrived the color I had ordered was sold out. The customer service rep was very nice about refunding me but based on seeing another review with the same situation as me, I think they need to take a look at the shipping on these items. They aren't cheap.

Sent Wrong Color

I've not dealt with Bloomingdales before, but had decided to since they have this collection. The packaging the item was sent in was flimsy, the outter packaging of the actual item looked damaged, and they sent me the wrong color, probably because the one I wanted (and chose) kept selling out. I'm going to keep it, but I'm ordering the one I wanted elsewhere. This feels like laziness on the stores behalf, because why do I have to track down a box that I can actually return it in, and wait to get my money back, because they were sold out and didn't want to just give me a refund originally anyway? Stick to Macys or Nordstrom.
