  • Composition

    - The formula contains a meadowfoam oil derivative with fortifying properties, as well as waxes that coat lashes.
    - The white color turns translucent after application and adds shine when the primer is worn on its own.
    - Ophthalmologist tested and suitable for contact lens wearers.

  • How To Apply

    Apply to clean lashes. Before the formula dries, immediately follow with mascara. Can also be used overnight as a lash-strengthening mask.

Chanel Mascara Base

I was 1st given a small sample of the white Chanel mascara base. My lashes have thinned out over the years, and wearing fakes hasn't helped either, lol! But once I used my sample - I was in love and it makes my lashes longer and fuller! Love love my Chanel mascara base, I highly recommend it!
