I'm happy with how my Chanel perfume order was delivered, and I love the product. However, I'm disappointed that despite spending over $200, I didn't receive any complimentary perfume samples or small gifts. Bloomingdale's can definitely improve its customer experience by adding a little extra touch for high-value purchases.

My favorite scent

I so love these earrings smell of this perfume, it is my favorite. When I purchase the gift set I do try to keep the small bottle in my purse but find I end up gifting it to another woman that loves the scent and then I want her to be able to wear it and try it out for herself. I have used this particular scent for the past 8 years
