Wow, Karissa was correct

I love my new Caraway sauce pan. . I've used it everyday since delivery. And I only use wood utensils while I await my Caraway utensils set. I'll send pics after 4 months use. So far this is restaurant quality cookware that I'm very impressed with. My next buy will be Caraway cast iron ovenware for my sourdough breads
