Square Griddle Pan - Read until the End
My wife and I purchased the square Griddle Pan a few weeks back. We were excited as we knew this would Pan would get a lot of use. After only 3 weeks a ring developed affecting the non stick coating. Very disappointed I reached out the warranty team to express my displeasure with the premium price and below average quality.Here's the impressive part. I received a very detailed response from the warranty department describing the proper use, proper care and discourage use of any olive oil or other low smoke point oils. After that it's my opinion the the use of olive oil at low heat shouldn't have caused an issue that quickly as we are often quick to remove from heat and to clean the pan. Despite that the warranty offered a full refund simply stating they would to ensure customer satisfaction and proving that they were standing behind the cause and there product. They offered to send me a replacement pan as well. I ultimately agreed to the replacement to give it another try because of the excellent service from Karen. We all patronize a lot of businesses but in my opinion this level of service is hard to find. Kudos to Caraway and Karen for their assistance! We have their baking set and that seems to be holding up very nicely.

New cookware
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used my cookware everyday. I have the care instructions on my counter to review until I get it all down. I was very surprised how fast the food cooks on low setting. I chose to put my pans in a draw. My island is very deep with many draws. I was not able to use the lid holder , as my cabinets were not tall enough. Oh well , I am using the felt squares that came with the mini set.

Loving this set!
Truly non stick! I forgot to turn off a burner and any other pan would have crisped and fried the food to the bottom, this just wiped right out and the rice was still salvageable! Loving my new cookware so far!

Love the new cookware set
