Fake jacket

I purchased this jacket and the same thing happened to me. I received a cheap jacket with no labels whatsoever and not the same color, pattern, or fabric as the one I purchased. Was told they were now sold out so couldn’t get the correct jacket then just got an email saying my exchange is in progress??? Wonder what they will send this time. Wonder if I will ever get my refund. Won’t use Bloomingdale’s e-commerce ever again. Feels like fraud.

I purchased this jacket at Bloomingdale’s website and I received a FAKE coat with NO LABEL !!! when I called customer service not even an apology !!! I’m still waiting on refund if they ever do ! SHAME
