Someone wore it and returned

So disappointed after I opened the shipment box. I order the medium size, but Bloomingdale ship the size S and the label is torn. Lint on both sleeves. Definitely this parka was wore by someone.

love this jacket. the pockets have a lining inside that helps keep your hands warm. it has the straps to wear as a book bag. does not have faux fur trim despite the description saying it does.

does not keep me warm

I purchased this jacket thinking it would keep me warm for years. In 3 years, the feathers are almost completely flat. For a jacket that advertises warmth in -15 degree weather, I am still cold in 30-40 degree weather. extremely disappointed.
