Canada Goose Purchase

Bloomingdales blocked my original purchase for home delivery. Then Bloomingdales had me reorder the item and physically had go in store to pick the item up. I was totally disappointed because i shopped with my American Express Credit Card which has mire than enough to cover 5 Canada goose jackets. When i called my creditor, they explained to me, i had more than enough for the purchase. Too many unnecessary phone calls. And to make matters worse, Bloomingdales customer service agents had me on hold for over 30 minutes and blamed it on the holidays, which means the company should hire more staff or give enough hours.
