Poor quality and poor customer service

Lately I’m so disappointed in Bloomingdale’s.. I buy cashmere every year and this year it’s very bad. Looks and feels cheap, not nice gentle material. Probably has 2% cashmere. But worst part somebody probably returned it cause it came poorly folded and was full of someone’s hair. Very low standard lately for a high end store
