Very Itchy!

I purchased multiple hoping to have soft staple turtlenecks for the cold weather in different colors and I was thinking the Bloomingdales brand would be very high quality. I was trying so hard to wear it because I really wanted it to work and after an hour I couldn't stand it anymore. The neck is also very tight. I wish it worked :(

I have bought several cashmere turtlenecks over the years. Seems like quality is decreasing and the fit is awkward. The body is wider than usual and the sleeves are shorter (I'm pretty sure my arms aren't growing)
