Shameful - received sweater with 2 big holes

The sweater would have been fine but it had 2 big holes cut into it. (Purchased online) I presume it was a return that failed to get inspected by the salesperson who took it back AND the sales person who shipped it to me. You need to step up your quality control Bloomingdale’s!!! I ordered it again but had to size up since M no longer available. Hoping it works for me. I have lots of C by Bloomingdale’s cashmere garments (sweaters, joggers, cardigans, wraps) and love them all; first time having a problem with them.

Nice with minor flaw

I love the look and feel of this sweater. However, the ivory thread seems to be different from the navy thread and appears fuzzy. I am hoping the first dry cleaning will eliminate this. I did find the fit perfect.

Thin for the price

The cashmere was pretty thin on this sweater which made the neck awkwardly floppy. It wasn’t flattering on me so I returned.

Luscious cashmere pullover with quarter zip is not only great on jeans but elegant over a short sassy skirt. And the feel ... soft and cozy.
