I smell soapy and that's a good thing!

I was walking into the GA - Auburn game this fall and I swear I could smell my long-sought but yet to be discovered Signature Scent. I asked the woman who smelled so great what she was wearing. She told me it was Byredo Blanche and let me smell her arm for confirmation. I immediately ordered the travel size. Honestly, it's the greatest, cleanest, freshest, most alluring scent. I love it. I more recently bought the big bottle. Took me a few decades but I found my scent.

Better than the OG version

I was a lover of Blanche EDP and even owned a bottle but that version can be a little sharp. The Absolut version has the same projection and longevity but isn’t as sharp which is why I love it more. Kind of reminds me of NR Pure Musk. This version has replaced the OG imo!

Prefer the original Blanche

I love Byredo - for me this brand can do no wrong. I have always liked Blanche - not my favourite of their scents, but lovely nonetheless - and was expecting greater things from the Absolu version. However, I find it doesn't last anywhere near as long as the original, and the scent itself isn't quite as unique and arresting - quite synthethic, as others have said. Smells great on its own, but not as good on my skin. I wouldn't say this was worth it for the price.

I didn’t love it

I received 8ml of this byredo Blanche in my space nk fragrance advent. I do love the cute little bottles however I hate dab style bottles but the scent is not for me. I hate the smell of pepper and get a really strong scent of it from this the twice tried it. It is fresh but strong and not in a good way for me. I have used the little bottle as decor in my bathroom

Heady, clean, synthetic

You must really love super clean white florals in order to enjoy this, neroli especially. I don’t, so it makes me nauseous. I wasn’t able to enjoy any other notes coming through as neroli stubbornly stayed and stayed and stayed. The “clean” aspect of this is too much I would say, as it veers into bucket of toilet cleaner territory. It’s especially harsh in cold weather, I can’t stomach it enough to try it out again when it gets warmer. Spray sparingly, this is a beast.
