TOOK MY MONEY !! NO REFUND

ABSOLUTE DISASTER! I purchased sunglasses from Bloomingdale's and received a defective, crooked pair. They offered to send a replacement, but to my surprise, the replacement was charged to a gift card. I returned both items within 2 days, but instead of refunding my credit card, they're trying to give me a gift card! UNACCEPTABLE! I'm on vacation and had to jump through hoops to resolve this. I demand my money back immediately. SHAME ON YOU, BLOOMINGDALE'S! Fix your customer service and refund policies!
