Highly Disappointed!!!

I was sent the wrong item size and color. My item was apparently sold out. I am out of my item and now have to wait for delivery to initiate a return and refund! Wow $25 dollars added to my loyalist account is supposed to make me feel better. I have the wrong item on the way and I am out of my money!!! So disappointing... service has declined! Do better!
