2 stars because of good customer service

I ordered this item about a week ago & it should have been delivered today but wasn’t. However my order status is showing delivered & I’m extremely disappointed because I’ve ordered from Bloomingdale’s before with no issues. I immediately called customer service after going through my order and noticed that 2 items were missing and the representative was nice and helpful and is processing a return credit. I was really looking forward to receiving my Burberry scarf though so yes very disappointed today
