Customer Service Nightmare

I purchased this bag and it arrived fairly quickly. I was expecting a Burberry box with a bow tied on it and the bag to be inside wrapped in tissue paper. However, It was in the dust cover in a flimsy cardboard box and that box inside another flimsy cardboard box. The boxes were crushed some on one side but the bag was fine. I think the workers take the boxes and sell them on eBay. When I called to complain I was told I could not be provided a box but was given a $25 points credit. What the representative did was take all my existing points ($375 worth) and replaced them with the $25. I’m still going back and forth to get my points recovered. You will definitely be better off buying from the manufacturer! It is a cute bag though.
