Disappointed

Received handbag with a hole and missing item to make the bag to close. Also has a price tag for a third of the price that I paid for, looks like it was being sold some other store as clearance and was sent to me with original price tag. very disappointed with quality control from Bloomingdales, I was expecting a brand new bag. Please Bloomingdales live up to your standards.
