Disappointing

I expected higher quality craftmanship from Bruno Magli. The heal tab of one shoe has no stiffness and completely inverts whenever I try to put it on (the other heel is fine). The insoles are warped and feel like there are bubbles or ripples in the leather. Something about the cut and stitching of the leather seems off, so they look, charitably, "hand made". And I've gotten two blisters wearing them the first couple days, which doesn't usually happen when I get quality sneakers.
