Good product, bad shipping

The one that they shipped looks like used one without any protection plastic covers and all, just came in a box with dirt on it already. Not so happy about it. Not a good experience purchasing items like this from Bloomingdales. Really. Please do QC check before you ship out any product. I end up not buying many items from you just because of this reason, really getting tired of it.

Great bag - management not so much

I purchased a ZDX 22 inch carry-on in 2023. It is an amazing piece of luggage. The ability to expand allows you to pack for 3-4 days. The location and the amount of pockets is well designed. The one star stems from the lack of compassion from management. I lost my luggage in the Palisades fire. They offered no support. Spending too dollar, twice for the same bag is frustrating.

Great so far!

Very high quality, fits a ton, and all hardware seems like it will last a lifetime. The ONE suggestion would be for the back phone charger pocket to be gusseted so that it could expand to accommodate a water bottle, if desired. Otherwise, it’s phenomenal and I look forward to using it more!
