The money comes back.

First and foremost the lifetime warranty is what sold me on this luggage and justified the price. I am increasing in my travel and want something that is durable but everything breaks so the warranty is going to come in handy later. Also the smart storage and collapsible feature of the carry on has helped my family decrease on checked bags so that also credits towards the price of the luggage. All in all, I don’t see how I would regret the purchase with the lifetime warranty and the reliability the Briggs & Riley luggage has come to known for.

Because my Global 22 inch

Because my Global 22 inch carryon has proven unfailingly reliable for at least a decade of weekly use plus trans continental flights and AmTrack, each of my mission serving grandsons and now my granddaughter receive one along with the medium Baseline expandable. Department store brands do not survive a mission. The medium expandables meet foreign flight size requirements. I recently enjoyed a two week visit with family in Nevada and in Florida. I paired my 22 inch carryon with the large expandable brief case to carry clothing, shoes, cosmetics

Great Suitcase Engineering!

I purchased my 1st carry-on Suitcase at an airport retail store about 15 years ago. The one I was traveling with, the wheels overheated and warped from a long stroll to get to my gate. The suitcase still looks new and the wheels still work. Great after many trips. The new suitcase I purchased isn’t a replacement, but an add-on. If you want the best engineered luggage with forever wheels Briggs & Riley is the only option. Thank you!

Worth every penny

This carry-on has been 100% worth the investment. I've lost track of how many trips I've brought it on and it still looks untouched. I'm less afraid to be a little rough with it since I've seen how it holds up. The garment folder is my favorite feature. I went on a 3-day work trip that had several events requiring different attire. I was able to pack 4 dresses and 2 long sweaters just in the garment folder, then 3 extra pairs of shoes along with my toiletries and remaining clothes in the main compartment, PLUS my laptop in the outer pocket (may not have been the safest spot, but it fit!). My coworkers were floored at how many outfits I was able to pack into just one single carry-on, when most others opted for a checked bag for the same trip. It rolls great, and the pocket between the handle is convenient to chuck my phone into when going through TSA. The handle is very sturdy, making it easy to manage even if the bag is packed to a heavier state. Overall incredibly happy with the performance and convenience of this bag!
