20 years and still excellent

Usability still among the highest I’ve had in 60 years of travel. Durability is almost unworldly. It’s been checked hundreds of times domestically and internationally and has had minimal damage. Wears like a tank with no impact on use including rollers and handle. Great purchase

All One Needs

After losing all of my luggage in a fire, I decided to replace what I had with something better than I had before. This suitcase was well reviewed and does not disappoint. The way it compresses after packing is so handy and everyone knows an adaptable suitcase is what one needs if one intends to shop and not feel the stress of packing to be packing in an organized fashion. I will buy another one for my husband.

A good traveler

I purchased this bag for a European trip where I knew I’d be moving every few days. The bag did not disappoint. Easy to pack. Love the expandable feature. This is my third B and R bag.

Top notch products

Every thing about this carry on is top notch. The zippers run smoothly, the handle is secure, and the wheels run like they're on glass. It took me a while to make the B & R choice, but I am now super glad I did.

Exceptional carry-on. As rugged as our slightly older full-size bags, and the wheels on this new one are seriously friction-free in the airport. The navy blue color, our first, is very sharp.

Wandering gait.

The wheels are not as responsive as I had hoped. With the large cargo backpack mounted on the Handel for the ride through a busy airport the 22’ Carry-on had a tendency to wander around and not track in a consistent manner. Truthfully I wish I had ordered to two wheeled option!

Love the bag! Luggage strap not so much

The suitcase is fantastic and doesn’t disappoint. As cabin crew I am however disappointed in the luggage strap attachment. I have had the suitcase less than a week and the luggage strap came off and is nowhere to be found. For the price point a better strap locking attachment on the suitcase is needed. I have heard the same complaint from other crew members that have this bag. Other than that I love this suitcase.
