Heavy - Worth the $?

I’ve used my bag once so far, so I feel I may need to update or write a new review after the test of time. I haven’t used a roll aboard in a long time but I bought this specifically for its capacity which is greater than a spinner can provide. With my personal item on top, it was extremely heavy lugging through the airport and I had to switch arms repeatedly. The compression system is pretty cool, but not sure if the exorbitant price tag is worth it. I’m going to try using the included strap to hang my personal item from the bag instead of putting it on top to ease the weight issue. It’s not particularly stylish but I knew that going in. 🤓 We’ll see over time if I regret the splurge or grow to love it. I’m looking forward to seeing how durable it is and use the lifetime guarantee if needed.

Best Bag Ever!

I'm a flight attendant and was sold Travelpro in class. After 4 of those bags in less than 10 years, I've already paid for a Briggs so I made the investment to buy one. It was the best decision. I absolutely love it. Sometimes I work 3 days and sometimes 6 days and as a commuter it is still awesome. I have to get used to the main zipper being on the other side but it isn't an issue. Thank you for taking care of the crews.

This bag is amazing!

I have had many different pieces of luggage over the years. This is my first B&R. None measure up it. It’s a carry-on but I checked it and it still looks like new. I fit two weeks of clothes and shoes in it when expanded. Totally worth the price. Already considering another B&R bag.

Huge upgrade in my luggage

I’ve had a TP flight crew bag for 6 years. Recently upgraded to the B&R baseline essential 2-wheel carry on. I love this bag!!! I should have bought it when my travel schedule increased several years ago. You get what you pay for. Lighter. Great engineering. Outstanding warranty. 5-stars.

Worth every penny

Love my bag! The expandable option is awesome. I can pack so much for my work trips and my clothes stay wrinkle free with the compartment that allows me to hang clothes.

Great Suitcase

Right Wheel is already squeeling

Extremely dissapointed with this wheel noise. I’m a pilot who used luggage works for ten years. I like the bag itself but one wheel is already squeeling. I used lubricant and cleaned the wheel and still very loud. Ridiculous for the price point to have this happen already

Needs better wheels

Bag is great. Plenty of storage, lightweight and can see the quality control is there. Only complaint, the wheels. The roller blade style wheels on my previous bag rolled better and felt more durable. Hope B&R can come out with an option to do roller blade style wheels and this would be a 5 star bag
